How can I place an international order?
Ellsworth Adhesives is a global supplier of adhesive materials and dispensing equipment. We recommend that you contact your local branch for assistance. You can find a list of our Global Locations here
How do I view my order details?
When you are logged in, if you click on ‘My Account’ you can review your personal details and order history.
There is no standardised delivery time since each product has its own ‘lead time’
Our standard carriage charge is £7.95
Orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge.
A small number of products may incur a ‘Hazardous Shipping Charge’ at a rate of £45.
Tracking information is available the day after your goods have shipped and this can be requested from Customer Service: email@example.com
If you have ordered multiple products with varying lead times, it is possible for your order to be shipped separately. Please contact our Customer Service team to request this: firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns will only be accepted with prior agreement from Ellsworth and on receipt of a GRN number. Please contact our Customer Service Team if you want to discuss a returns issue: email@example.com

How do I change my password?
When you are logged in, if you click on ‘My Account’ you can ‘edit your password and account details’
If you are unable to log in, click the ‘lost your password’ link on the login page. An email will be sent to your account for you to reset your password.
I had an account on your old site and I cannot log in. What happened?
Your old account should be registered with the new website, however you will need to reset your password for security reasons.
Please note you will not be able to view your old order history on the new site.
How can I change my email address in my account?
Unfortunately, because your email address is your user ID it cannot be changed. You will have to create a new account with your new email address.
How do I log out of My Account?
Click the ‘log out’ button at the top left hand of the screen.
I don’t know what product to use. Is help available?
