Dow DOWSIL™ 3140 RTV Coating – 90ML Tube
Dow DOWSIL 3140 is a one-part, translucent coating that is used for pin sealing, increased solder joint coverage, thin section encapsulation and protecting sensitive components from corrosion. The self-levelling coating cures at room temperature, with optional heat acceleration.
DOWSIL 3140 offers good flowability, is flame resistant and contains no added solvents.
